The Goal of the Fraiberg-Tableman Guild
The goal of the Fraiberg-Tableman guild is to prevent abuse and neglect by improving direct services to support nurturing caregiver-child relationships. The guild is dedicated to supporting parents and caregivers so that every child has a chance for a bright beginning that includes:

• Nurturing relationships and loving care from responsive, knowledgeable adults,
  
• Positive expectations and sensitive guidance,
  
• Stimulating environments in which to grow and explore, and
  
• Rewarding social experiences and friendships.
  
  The Fraiberg-Tableman Guild Projects
  • Provide learning experiences to guide those who work with infants and families to strengthen and preserver family relationships.
  • Work directly with babies and parents to promote healthy and pleasurable relationships
    
  • Support and guide caregivers to respond sensitively to the emotional needs of very young children
    
  • Advocacte on behalf of nurturing relationship experiences for infants, toddlers, and families
  
  Membership in the Fraiberg-Tableman Guild
  Individuals are invited to become sustaining members of the Guild to encourage excellence in infant mental health leadership, programming and service delivery through training. With permission, all members will be recognized in the Infant Crier and at the MI-AIMH Annual Conference Banquet. Sustaining members will receive an acknowledgement of their contributions and a small token of the organization's appreciation. Sustaining membership is $150.00 annually.
